1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using SubZap, you agree to be bound by these terms. SubZap is a tool designed to help you organize and manage subscriptions via manual entry, calendar synchronization, and automated reminders.

2. Subscription & Payments (SubZap Pro)

• Billing: SubZap Pro is a paid subscription service. Payments are processed securely via the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Cancellation & Restoring: You must manage your subscription through your App Store/Play Store account settings. If you delete your SubZap data and later return, you can use the “Restore Purchases” feature to reactivate your Pro status.

3. Use of Calendar Sync & Notifications

• Calendar Sync: SubZap provides a feature to sync billing dates to your device calendar. You acknowledge that SubZap is not responsible for errors in your device’s calendar software.
• Notifications: By enabling reminders, you acknowledge that SubZap is not liable for missed notifications due to system-level battery optimizations (e.g., Doze mode), silent modes, or restricted notification permissions.

4. Disclaimer of Financial Responsibility

SubZap is a tracking and organization tool. We are not financial advisors. While we aim for maximum accuracy, we are not liable for:

• Overdue fees, late payments, or bank charges.
• Unintentional subscription renewals or trial-to-paid conversions.
• The accuracy of data synced from your personal calendar or manually entered by you.

5. Limitation of Service & Account Deletion

• Usage Limits: Free users are limited to 3 tracked subscriptions. We reserve the right to modify these limits or features at any time.
• Data Deletion: You may permanently delete your data via the in-app “Delete My Data” feature. This action is irreversible. Deleting your SubZap account does not cancel your Pro subscription with Google/Apple; this must be done manually in your store settings.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms to reflect changes in our service or legal requirements. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
